Ride the Nerobergbahn up to the Monopteros, where vineyards run down the hillside.
Estimated journey times
The Kurhaus anchors the spa quarter with its grand halls, colonnades and park setting. Nearby, the Marktkirche and Schlossplatz show the 19th-century civic architecture that grew around the thermal springs. The Museum Wiesbaden adds natural history and art collections to a central walking route.
Take the historic Nerobergbahn up the hillside to the Monopteros, a small lookout temple with views over the city and Rhine-Main plain. Vineyards, the Russian Orthodox Church and the Opelbad lie along the hill’s paths, giving this spa destination a distinctly green upper edge.
